Respected Sir, I booked e-ticket in CC Class on 5/4/15 to travel on 7/4/2015 in train no.14204 LKO-BSB Intercity from Lucknow to Bhadohi for my old aged Father&Mother. Transaction ID is 100000207202113 and PNR is 2746758758. When we reached Railway Station Lucknow on 7/4/2015, we saw that CC bogie was not in train one general bogie with the paper slip shown reservation no . It has been asked by TT we have to travel in general bogie and difference will be refunded. When I called to helpline, he told TT should have provide TDR while TT did not provide same to my father and Mother. Helpline misbehaved also.

Sir, My Father is a chronic kidney patient and treatment is going on from SGPGIMS Lucknow. He traveled with some important medicines requires cooling and they damaged. They traveled in lower class which was harmful for their health. Therefore Indian Railway refund difference and give Physically Mentally losses of Rs. 500000.
