Our Refrigerator stopped working on 4.4.15 and on our complaint they sent an engineer from some Om Sai Service Madanpur Khader and took the ref. saying that compressor isn’t working and need to be replaced in their shop and will be returned after 2-3 days as it needs to checked before sending back. After 7-8 days and we got it back, fortunately didn’t pay them as wanted to check before paying n they too agreed. Next day we realized that it wasn’t working and everything like veg. , milk, etc. we kept all got spoil. We complained again and first they insisted that it’s working finally after 2-3 days they took it again on 18.4 and till date have not returned it so far. We have complained to the principal comp. also through telephone followed b.y two mails and they too are not replying or letting us know when would they return the same. It is impossible to live in this summer without the refrigerator and am sure you all would also understand my plight. Kindly do something so that either they return it or give us an alternate refrigerator as service machine till it gets repaired. Thanks.

We want our original refrigerator working ASAP and if not then till it gets repaired an alternate service refrigerator of same capacity that is 450 ltrs.
