Hi, I, Rajni Kant Upadhyay booked a flat ( unit no 203, size 1375 sqft) in Gaur Yamuna City (phase-1) August, 2013 in pre launch offer by paying Rs 2,50000 as a booking amount. Placed request for cancellation in February 2014 when didn’t received any communication regarding launch of project, While filing cancellation it was said that refund would be processed within 25 days as per company policy. It has been now been more than three months following up for refund but have not revived refund till date, enclosing mail exchanged with builder regarding refund for more clarity on matter. Most recent update which i received from GM ( Mr. R.K Swamy) after following up for the longest time was that board of directors have passed an order stating that no refund shall be processed till the time cancelled property is sold again. Request you to extend best possible support in this matter as i do not have words to express intense harassment caused by unethical practices of builder.
