when ever i recharge my sim of rs 20 or above thy just deduct amount of 5 to 10 every time .earlier i call customer care centre and after a several tries if they r in mood thy just reply and some times refund my amount .even i had to make a call twice a day some time to get my amount back.and reliance charge 50p per 3 min even calling customer care.but some i manage to get my deduct amount back .but from last two months the customer care in not available on my phone .and during these two months thy deduct my hundreds of rupees.and no one is to i complaint .in last month i register a complaint from my c.bros reliance phone .but they didn’t refund my amount as customer care executive said we are only able to refund amount as we can refund only till 3 days amount deducted after 3 days we cant.it is not the only my complaint against the service provider my friends also have same problems .please help us to get our amount back.by this Fraud Reliance deduct corers of amount every single day.

i want my deduct amount refunded immediately .and customer care should be available 24×7
