Iberry Nuclea – Starting from receiver problem – Review

Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased “Nuclea N1” from Iberry on 07/Aug/2013. Since day i have come across many problems with this phone starting from receiver problem and each time it has taken more than 20 days to get the problem fixed. This time my LCD panel is not working exactly at the centre, because of this reason i cannot use most of the time as apps or settings like “restart” cannot be performed because it appears exactly at the centre and the LCD doesn’t work. Regarding this i complained iberry on May 14, 2014…All they are saying now is “due to some delay in manufacturing, stock of touch screen/display of Auxus Nuclea N1 is indefinitely delayed and we have already forwarded a request to coordinate with the concerned team to expedite the process and we will keep you updated on the same”…It’s been more than a month and there is still no update from Iberry…I sincerely request Consumer Forum to act on this and help us in providing the justice..

Replace the entire handset or return 50% of Money i invested on this phone [i.e,Rs 16000/
