Panasonic Home Theater – Technically faulty system no service

I have purchased Panasonic Home Theater on 4th Nov 2012. But during a span of almost 18 months I have booked 4 complaints of same type for same problem to the agency in Ahmedabad. I came to know now when I have booked 5th complaint of same problem to the agency which was now authorised by Panasonic that only one complaint has been booked in system officially and that also with half truth. I have personally seen replacement of lance in my Home theatre ( Panasonic ) at my home in first 3 month of installation of system but it was not registered in their system with some bad intention. As i have used the system almost 40 hours in this span of 18 years and booked complaints for almost 5 times which is very surprising to me when I have paid handsome amount for this branded Machine. but now no one is taking care about this technically faulty system. not even company take care about this because we have paid them fully and not even authorised service centre because they need service amount only. is it a right product which was break down 5 times in a span of 18 month ?? I think the machines which hackers are using on road is far better cheaper then this BRANDED machine. I need your intervene to get it replaced due to technically faulted piece when I have paid full amount for the same. kr PS
