Builder Giriraj Daga,after paying the full amount to builder we did not received what builder promised.

On House Number B-2/533 situated in Jaipur,Rajasthan (Plote size :270 Sq meters,On 60 Feet Road,JDA Colony Chitrakoot,Jaipur,Rajasthan).In the Year 2003 Builder Giriraj Daga(Plote was on his Mothers name) constructed two floor(G.F and First Floor)as clearly mentioned in Registry ( “constructing two floor building”) and sold G.F. to us and defined outside area and Garden as common area and kept tarries with himself. Later in the year approx 2008 sold the tarries to third party neglecting over request to sell us. Now one by one floors are keeps on constructed even though the building is not strong enough to bear the load. Also as the number of floor getting increse people unauthorisely acquireing common area available in the building. Also Garden is also demolished and the our Balcony on Ground Floor is broken.Now we are not able to park our second Car. Also main entrance is being locked by various ( Ist IInd and IIIrd Floor buyers). The Detail of Builder is given Below: The our two floor Building was his first project. 1. We must be given half of the total common area. 2. The building and garden should be re-constructed to what it was in original. 3. We should get rights for Terrace. 4. Compensations must be given for our 10 years tension.
