we have a corporate connection of 8 numbers with TATA DOCOMO. on our number 8237607200 We had requested for the activation of 3 GB plan on 12th may. Also a week later or so we had requested to change the plan from rs 149 to rs 299 plan. In the month of June I received a call saying the 299 rs plan which was activated by me had not been activated as we had a 3gb internet plan already active on the same. The main shock we received was when we came to know that our 3GB plan was also cancelled on 17th may without any prior intimation. When we called up the call centre they were giving vague answers and after 3 mails and threatning to disconnect my plan the call centre people called me and told that the plan was disconnected by us and the reason was when we asked them to activate our 3G internet plan. I tried to reason with them that we have never asked for an activation of the 3G plan and had only asked for activation of our 3GB 199 plan and the talk time plan of rs 299, and never asked for cancelling our internet pack.But the call centre people just were not listening. In the end I asked them if there was any mail or sms that was sent to us regarding such an action. they replied in the negative. Even in our bill the same was not mentioned.

WE want our charges to be reversed and our internet usage to be billed as per our plan of may. Also this is the second instance where this has been happening with tata DoCoMo. Earlier also there was an issue of billing with their walky phone where they kept sending us bills despite their phone being inactive, But we still paid every penny and let go of the matter. But this time such lethargic attitude should be punished as they are simply taking advantage of consumers who in india still think whether to fight a case or not but this time we are not going to back off until TATA DOCOMO reverses our wrong charges and is penalized with atleast rs 1,00,000 rs ( one lac only )atleast and let the same be deposited into any fund like the Chief ministers fund or the Prime Ministers fund or so.
