Dear Sir , I have paid full amount to OIDPL for offer of Possession.The builder is still not providing me the OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY GOVT AUTHORITY & not responding to my letters on Registration of the Flat , Electricity availability from Govt Agency and Increase in Area wrt the Agreement. REGARDS

i HAVE withdrawn PPF amount to pay the Builder , still not getting the documents as mentioned above. I am loosing interest on my PPF. The builder should: 1) provide OC / Registartion clarity / Electricity availability from Govt Agency 2)Interest loss to me since May14 for the amount I have paid him in May14 to get Physical possession.
