I had bought two houses each of 250 sq.ft. area in phase 3 of their project, in Titwala-east, Thane district.I have paid all the amount that is Rs. 3,00,000/- in three installments on following dates:- booking amount – 11,000/- 1st installment:- 24th Sept, 2011 – Rs 50,000/- 2nd installment:- 9th Oct, 2011 – Rs 1,39,000/- 3rd installment:- 6th Dec, 2011 – Rs 1,00,000/- Their project is still not been ready. no reverse call arranged from their side. Hence, i cancelled their membership in writing and asked for refund. But till date, I haven’t received a single rupee.
