On 20/6 I bought a shoe from BULLZ shoe shop at Velachery, Chennai for. The shoe cost was Rs.1395/-. After a month use, I found the shoe bottom was totally turned into white and the black portion was completely vanished. When I went to the shop and demanded for reason ,there was no proper response and also they denied my claim and states it was my fault and I would be the reason for defects. I didn’t used the product even for morethan 15 days and totally cheated by his shop and never get the product replaced and finally felt I was cheated and neglected . To that said, the BULLZ shop looks they are selling low quality product in high price , if someone go and ask they saying the fault was with the customer not with the product. I expecting a fair solution hence filing this complaint Their shop phone # 044-42325454

I need a replacement for the defective shoe or need my money back.
