Dear Sir I have an issue coming my Jio no 70161 74941 from last 8 days it shows sign into network notification after click on it jio page open and it says you have exhausted your data limit. Please pay bill and recharge while I have preview offer running till 31st Oct so please help me for this complaint to resolve

Sir i am simran i am a Jio user I used the offer but after the 2 GB data of internet my internet speed slowed down randomly It is just 30 kb to 50 kb of downloading So it is my humble request to you please solve the problem of internet speed my mobile no 700XX19479
