Bus Service – Lost Bag delayed service

I had booked tickets for 4 of us on a non ac sleeper bus from Delhi to Udaipur on 1st October, 2014 night. The bus starts at 7.00 and should reach Udaipur at 8.30 in the morning. Complaints – The bus was very dirty. They packed the bus with passengers on the way which affected our security. I almost lost a bag due to this. The bus had reached about 100 kns away from Udaipur at 2.00 in the afternoon. I had to take a cab after paying Rs, 2000. The owner did not take any notice and was blaming us, Name Ghanshyam Vikas. Due to this I lost one entire day of the hotel room which I had booked. I want them to refund the entire money for harassing me.

1. Lost one days hotel booking costing 4000. 2. Had to pay Rs, 2000 extra to reach Udaipur as they had delayed. 3. The bus was not at all clean and family suffered health problems
