i have ordered mens polo T shirt with Home shop 18 on 21/09/2014 with order number 953980113 and the product arrived on 28/9/2014 when the product delivered on the packet address is mys and inside the packet invoice is of some other person and the product which was i ordered was not delivered difference is color and the product brand and immediately i registered complaint to Home shop 18 in response i got complaint number, which is 113457575. since from today they telling just they will get me tomorrow and when i call tomorrow again they will 24-48 hours i have to wait. but till today no response

they have wasted my time and given the wrong promise every time and wrong information every time so to teach them the importance of customer and customer satisfaction i want to claim 1000000 rs fain from them.
