Flipkart – Order Cancelled reason server’s not working

On 6th Oct, 2014 I ordered gold coins from Flipkart. I made three individual orders and all three were successful transactions. This morning I received the sms “Coin is packed by seller and ready to be shipped” twice which I interpreted that two coins have been packed to deliver. But, later two of my orders got cancelled. When called in the customer care service, the executive told me that two orders have been cancelled and because the product ran out of stock and only one coin will be delivered. When I asked him to raise the complaint for fraudulent advertisement and cheat, he said he’s already done it. I asked for the complaint number which he didn’t give and said “the server’s not working”. Few minutes later I received another sms that the third order has also been cancelled. Completely shocked, I called back and this time I was told that because I made bulk orders that’s why they were cancelled. Although, when I was making the purchase, nothing indicated that bulk purchase is not allowed or gets cancelled. While I was talking they transferred me to respond to some sort of survey and even though I completed the survey thrice, the call never returned to the executive. I spoke to another executive who said that the market price of the product was changed so they cancelled the order.

I’d want that my order to be delivered to me as was promised by the Flipkart
