I booked a trip to Kullu Manali via Travel Raga. We were 9 adults, with 4 kids,,,. Here starts the journey and the issues along with: We were told that one side journey would be of 12-15 hours, but actually it happened to be more than 24 hours. Moreover, we generally spend most of our time with the driver while travelling and sight seeing included in the booked plan. What if you find the driver ruining your trip due to his misbehavior. He is forcing you to buy something from the shops where he is also earning his share for doing it… Also, if you don’t want to buy any item , you will be forced to listen the vulgar comments passed on you by the driver… We pay in advance for the whole trip including sightseeing, but if driver denies to drive the bus for sightseeing on the spot… and you have to pay extra cost travelling to those locations at your own…. adding extra cost as well as trouble to the trip…. So trip booking via Travel Raga resulted in causing only pain…..not any FUN, which we actually supposed to have by paying so much from our pockets,… If we book any trip through an agent or travel website, it’s only because we trust on them and believe on their words. But what if we we are on our way and face any problem, call agent a number of times, but noon even bothers to pick our calls to listen to us. What customers are supposed to do in such a situation when they follow like anything but the company simply ignore their call because they have already received the amount. That adds to the panic created by their driver.
