This is to inform you that we logged a complaint on dt.27.08.2014 and complaint No is 14082701290 but till today it is still pending and nobody is calling me for the same . When I called to customer care they promise me to resolve in one or two days from last 40 days . we are regularly calling the customer care but there is no response . Our product in under warranty and due to this we have loss approx 2 lakh in our machines and also facing the mentally harassment also. So we request to you please give us justice .

when we complaint the customer care they first time visited and told us that there is a problem in compresses and charged the Rs 2800 for service charge while our product is under warranty.Due to this we have a big loss approx 2 lakh (our machine has spoil due to not cooling) We have the invoice of A/c and also the receipt of rs 2800 /-which we have given to service engineer on complaint.
