Respected Sir, This is in reference to the fraud committed by Mahavira, Institute of Technology & Management, 1st Floor, Shiv Mandir Market,Main Dadri Road,Bhangel Chowk,Noida (U.P). I have joined the institute for M.sc (Information Technology) course from EIILM University in distance learning mode under Enrollment No: EIILMU/11/S1005 starting from January, 2011. As M.sc (IT) is 4 semesters course, paid the total fees of Rs.50,000 (Rs.12500 Per semester). The result & marksheet of 3rd and 4th Semester is still not provided by the institute even after tried contacting them several times. The Owner of Institute is Mr.Manish (Contact No.9899130xxx), I tried contacting him several times, either he don’t respond or turn abusive. I request you to help me in this matter, as the fraud commuted by the institute have spoiled the future of students like me. I have attached the fee receipts of 3rd & 4th Semester, mark sheet of 1st and 2nd semester . Waiting for your reply eagerly. Thank you.

Lost Rs.50,000 as fees as well as not able to get promotion in job as doing higher education for better position in job. Mental harassment.
