Sir,
I ankush Kulkarni had purchased Byond 600 phone from ‘Smart Sales Ratnagiri ‘on 14/02/2009. I have got 02 batteries with this phone from which 01 battery is not get charged & not working (faulty).
The other battery is also get discharged within small time & my phone gets switched off immediately while talking, within pocket.
I have submitted Byond 600 phone faulty battery at ‘R.K.Enterprises’ Nashik on 15-01-2010 [Complaint No 12053] & requested this service center for replacement of this faulty battery as early as possible because I can’t use my phone without Battery.
Now my second battery is also not working & my phone is not in use from last two months due to battery problem.I had searched this battery in market but no one even Byond Distributor can’t able to provide this battery & says that only service center can provide all this accessories like battery,charger to customer.
From last two months I am not able to use my phone only due to battery problem .I am also not got Byond 600 battery in market shops.Also Nashik service center is not recived this battery from Byond . I had called Byond CUSTOMER CARE & Byond Pune Office many times & told this problem. Each time they promised me to provide battery within two-three days but till date even after Two Months I’ll not get this battery & I can’t use my phone.
Finallly I request you that if it is not possible For Byond to provide this battery (BY 600 Battery) to me ,please send me such
e-mail,sms & I’ll deposit this phone to Byond Pune offfice &
I’ll avoid to use any Byond products for me,my friends in future.
