I was on marriage leave for 1 month and had installed new TV. I would like to reinstall cable connection to my new tv. I have all the reqiured set up (including setup box) ready with me. My address is: Simplex colony, C3, Room #1, Ghansoli I had visited Ghansoli cable office more than 5 times(in two week) requesting the same but still my cable connection is not reconnected. It was very bad experience of customer service I have ever seen. These people are always saying that responsible person will come to your address and reconnect your cable connection but nothing happend. Please take this complaint as a customer feedback and resolve asap. I have option of consumer court with me. Thanks for understanding.

I demand Reconnection should be done within time. And customer complaints must be handeled properly by service provider.
