My Job sheet No is W010426-0414-9242552. I have submitted my cell phone on 21st of April and it is still lying in the service centre. Even earlier my cell phone was in service for 2 months from 02/12/13 to 01/02/14. So in total out of 1 year of warranty period, my cell phone is with the company for 3 months. If needed i can produce satisfactory evidence

I demand a new cell phone if I don’t receive my phone within 1 week or a satisfactory compensation for the mental & physical torture that i have been through due to their sick service.

Sir, I have micromax p500 tab. I submitted for service(display broken) on 02.06.2014 to Abu communication tirunelveli,my service number is SS020254-0614-9980049. My tab isn’t serviced yet, and i got the same answer that within one week your will be delivered and still nothing happened. So please help and assure me to get my tab asap, I hope so.
