I work in TCS as an associate. But in our cafeteria there are certain beverage providers who charging high rates and not providing bills when asked for. This is a separate cafetria within TCS premises. I have asked for bill several times but ususally they do not provide and sometimes provide it without any bill number and other details. Some of the service providers are Grubs, Bikano and one contract based franchise.

It is appearing that these service providers are not paying any tax. There are thousand of employees working here and on average daily each one is spending more than 50 rupees.
