On 30.05.2015 I tried to purchase Cannon Camera Lens from online Canon India authorised store sales@imagestore.co.in vide order No 100016092 dated 30.05.2015, worth Rs 28275/-. Since the material was not dispatched till today by the store I contacted them on the telephone and I was told that the said item is not available and they would refund the money from 7-10 days. I complain is 1. When the said lens “Canon EF 50 mm f/205 Compact Macro” was not available then why it was listed on the site. 2. When the said lens “Canon EF 50 mm f/205 Compact Macro” was not available why the money was accepted by the portal. 3. When the said lens “Canon EF 50 mm f/205 Compact Macro” was not available why the mail was not sent to even after 4 days have passed. Eve till the time I am lodging this complain, no information to this effected is mailed me. Is the party is liable to pay interest for the period money was hold up in their account.
