Sir i ordered ‘Fostelo Swiss Pink Handbag FSB-296’ Order number-54185711 form shopclues.com on 29 May 2015, 03:07 PM and product delivered on 04 June 2015.i got the product having different colour with the product shown in shopclues.Then i complains about my issue on same day with Return id-1475315. please see the attached snapshot of product in shopclues website and the delivered product image. both the product colours are totally different. Product with wrong colour delivered.i contacted many times through phone calls and via email and still they avoid my issue and finally they offered me 60 cluebucks for wrong colour and to not return the product but i request them that i dont want any cluebucks and want to return the product and refund money.They give us Ticket no 3272654 on 18 june and told to get back within 2 days but still i didn’t get any response.
