Hi, I have borrowed loan from CapitalFirst for 5 lacs change in 2016 and had requested for the foreclosure in March 2017 and had provided the DD of amount 4.72 lacs and they deducted 2 EMI’s post providing the DD to close the loan. However, till date the loan is active and they have kept presenting my cheques in bank for claiming EMI’s and i am bearing the bounce charges as well paying the interest for the money they have kept with them till date. When i called and raised a complaint not once 3 times but still no resolution. This is completely fraud team using customer money and charging customer uncertain charges as well screwing up with customer CBIL Scores. RBI has to look into such incapable finance institute and take serious action instead blindly effecting customer scores and financial career.
