I have purchased a videocon tv from techno kart with 3 Yr warranty. Dealer gave me 3 Year warranty card., and told me videocon will clear the complaints within 5 Days. My tv stopped working after 2 Yrs. I have 3 Yrs warranty. I contacted videocon customer care., they visited and promised the replacement. Last 2 Months i am behind them but now they saying tv have only One yr warranty, dealer given warranty by mistake. But in true dealer forced me to purchase and promissed 3 Yr warranty. Now customer care asking me 15000 Rupees for repair. Please help me to solve this issue.
