I had taken advisory services from Capitalvia and was promised an 80% hit rate. When I tried the services, the initial 2-3 calls that were given to me worked well but after I paid the money, they changed the analyst and assigned me junior analyst who was not able to give profitable calls. Despite repeated requests on the phone and email (the emails were marked to their directors and CEO), I was promised that things will improve and a new analyst would be assigned to me but that never happened.
