Micromax Canvas Repair – Gave Different Phone

My Job Sheet No. is N030672011514350923. As requested by the service center employees stating that my phone deposited under the said job sheet no. has been repaired, i visited the service center on 21/01/15. On visit, i was told that my model, i.e. Micromax Canvas A1 (AQ4501) has been replaced with a different model, i.e. Micromax Unite 2 (A106) by the company. On refusing to accept the same and requesting them to give me my original phone or a replacement of the same model, they vaguely replied that i need to talk to the company regarding this. I talked to the micromax customer care multiple times, where the executive kept on pushing that i accept the A106 model as a replacement model for my original A1 model also during which they were not very welcoming in resolving my issue and were just interested that i somehow give up and disconnect the call. As i was adamant on not accepting the A106 replacement, the company representatives both at the service centre and customer care iterated that there are negligible or no chances of me getting my original phone or a replacement of the same model and also commented that my attempts for getting my original handset or a replacement f the same model will be futile.
