On 29/08/2014 I booked elite I 20 car by paying 5000 as booking amount on this date cancellation charges Rs 250.Due to some reason i Cannot buy the car.so, on 15/11/2014 I go to showroom for cancellation my booking and having some enquiringly about other car so the sales person transfer my booking to other car and on the same day they book the eon car without any confirmation of mine

as result of the above booking i do not buy the car as result of this they charge rs 3000 as cancellation charges out of 5000

i do not want to deduct 3000 as booking charges.however they can deduct 250
