Sir, my mobile number is 9636600xxx and iam reliance 3g mobile customer on 23/11/14 there has been deduction of more than 90 RUPEES from my main balance and when i recharged with RUPEES 150 in my reliance gsm 3g card on 24/11/2014 the balance was deducted within a minutes though have 1 gb 3g data left , when i talked to customer care they delayed my complain by saying that due to technical error they are not able to view my detail i talked to senior department they also delayed my request by saying that due to technical error they are not able to view my detail and they do not loved my complain on 24th i talked to pushpa and 25 i talked to ashish after which they blocked my number from customer care and when i tried to reach customer care my phone directly get disconnected i tied to call reliance customer care but after more than 1.15 hour waiting nobody picked my phone. and now when i talked to customer care from other phone they say that they cannot refund because the deduction happen 3 days back and they would not see my transaction
