I ordered a Lenovo Tab worth Rs 6299 (Screen shot attached as the evidence)paid by credit card. The courier boy when came for the delivery asked for money saying that this is a cash on delivery product. My mother gave him the money & he didn’t gave any receipt stating that you will get on your registered e-mail(Eye witness can be provided during the hearing) I reported this issue to Flipkart & to Delhivery Courier but despite of contacting several times to flipkart & courier company no one is ready to listen now & did a fake promise to me for resolving the issue before 17th Nov(Evidence attached).
