I had purchased brand new Renault Scala RXL(D) registration no PB10 chassis no MEEAHBA 41D5007086 from Padam Cars Pvt. Ltd. on 17th April 2014 when they sold me this car they said that car was manufactured in Dec13. When I sent the car for service they are creating problems they are saying that car is sold in May 2013 as per their records and on name of Manoranjan Singh s/o Chanderdev Singh.

I was shocked by this as car was manufactured in Dec 2013 as per documents given to me by Padam Cas Pvt. Ltd.Earlier also this problem occurred during the last service but at that time they double talked and told me that their records have this problem and they will rectify it but today I came to know that I am cheated for this vehicle as padam cars has sold this vehicle twice first on Manoranjan Singh’s name in may 2013 and to me (Gurchintan Singh) on 17th April 2014.Please see to this matter and give me reply at the earliest Also at that time when vehicle was sold to me they told me that car carries 2 years + 2years extended warranty as the offer was going on at that time and n number of times I asked about warranty certificate but they didn’t gave me they are saying that your sold date is the warranty certificate as per records.
