Why No Refund from Jabong after Flipkart Takeover ?

I had placed an order on 18th July, which I cancelled immediately for which I received the complaint no email and message. However apparently it didn’t get processed from Jabong due to ‘some technical errors’, as told by the customer care. I was asked to refuse the order when It comes for delivery, which I did on 23 July and informed them to initiate my refund. They said they have processed, for which I received an email. But on 4 Aug, I received an email saying that there is a delay in refund, please share your bank statement. Why should I do that? And they do not reply to emails immediately and their landline is always ringing. Also the gift charges of Rs. 30/- that I paid for this order, they say that they cannot refund because ‘ I refused the order’. I pointed out to them that because of them I was forced to refuse as you’ll could cancel the order when I wanted to. More so, they just loot/ fool the consumers in paying extra for gift wrap as the parcel received was not gift wrapped and also it had the price mentioned on it, which technically a gift shouldn’t include. I had called and confirmed these gift wrap features with the customer care. They seem to be very relaxed and have ‘ I don;t care at all’ attitude. Which is disappointing and annoying. They do not care about the consumers and their concerns.

I want my refund money back. Rs. 980/- which includes the gift wrap. And i want it immediately. I cannot handle Jabong anymore.
