Jio customer care at 199 (jio general helpline) service is very very bad. After dialing 199 and selecting language (Hindi or English) waiting time starts and most of the time (say 8 out of 10) even after waiting for 10-11 minutes call disconnected automatically. Once when my call is connected i asked about wating time issue then i got reply- “due to large number of calls customers are transferred to waiting line”

customer care service is provided by all type of companies but this type of issue is not their and if it is, then only a few times not all the time like jio customer service. Today again from morning i am facing the same issue

Really very poor customer service
