I have submitted my phone at service center on 28th june 2016 for motherboard replacement. but still have no any further progress on that. so i called on service center but they are not receiving any of my calls. After that i contact on xiaomi’s customer care service for details but they are not providing any of details about my phone. instead of that they are saying that parts are not available. this is high time now since it is 1 month and 11 day of submission .

I want total refund of 17999+1500= Rs.19499
