I own a saving account in Canara Bank, lahartara branch, varanasi.I tried to with draw an amount of Rs.2000/- on july 10th 2016 with an ATM. the transaction failed inspite of this money was debited from my account number 5502108001259 of Canara Bank lahartara branch, Varanasi. I also filed a complaint with my bank regarding the same on 14th july 2016.no action has been taken yet to reverse my money

I am trying again and again to go to the bank but my efforts are going in vain, the officials are not taking my complaints seriously. it has been almost a month now. I want my transaction to be reversed as soon as possible along with the compensation for the same.
