Dealer has accepted the booking amount & promised to deliver the booked car by arranging vehicle finance.Since 1 year he was unable to arrange the finance for the car but always gave assurance to arrange it & deliver the car. When he was failed to keep his promise for the last 1 year, I have demanded the booking amount back & cancel the booking. But for the settlement of this the officials of the dealer were asked to meet their boss Mr. Mittal, who is used to stay out of station most of the times. However when finally I have succeeded to catch him, he denied to return back the booking amount.

I want a compensation of Rs.20000/-, for his misconduct, unfair trade practice & deliberate ignorance about the law.
