On 7.11.14 Dhobionline.com vide Receipt No. 2071. Mr. Upendra with Mobile No. 9891578xxx came to my office and collected money in cash for providing dry cleaning of cloths services for 6 months and told me to call him as when I needed him. But after taking money neither Mr. Shrawan who used to call me from 91 11-49848xxx and some time from 9953664xxx nor Mr. Upendra is picking phone. I call their customer care No. 45555xxx, a lady on this number promises me but does not send anyone to provide me service. Since they are not trustworthy and making money just by befooling the customers, I doubt that they will run away even after collecting the cloths. Hence, I want my money back.

I want my membership money back which is Rs. 1899/- Plus the charges for getting service from other sources on emergency for Rs. 750/-. Total comes to Rs. 2749.
