I have given my mobile for repairing purpose to karbonn authorised service center M/s AVL Telecom, Thane as on 14th Dec 2013 ( 1 month back). But till the time I am not getting my hand set and no oney from service center is co-operating and not providing the status also.

I want replacement of mobile handset with new mobile handset.
