Carrier Split AC – No repair under warranty

Bought 2.0T Carrier Superia Duracool split AC on 10.05.2014 from Union Radio & Electric, Sadar Bajar Jhansi. On 4th May,15 it stopped working and shown the error code “EC”. On 5th, may, 2015 registered the complained with carrier customer care (CC) no. ‘1800 3011 1111’ with complaint number: 13555414. They told withing 24 hrs technician will reach to your place, but nobody came. repeatedly on 5th, 7th, 8, 9, 10 may I called CC and they repeatedly made false promise for the same. After few days I managed to get number of Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Ghaziabad Branch, and appraised him about the problem. He was talking positively and given instruction to Mr. Susheel Shristava Service center at Jhansi, for solving the problem on priority basis. since then Daily I am talking to Mr. Shusheel & he kept fooling me and till now the problem still persist. He sent some local unskilled electrician to home but he too could not solve the problem. Mr. Shusheel is expert in making customers fool, like he did to me and he even told the local electrician that if it is motor problem replace it with some old videocon motor. WHich local electrician refused to do so. This is a cheating and fraud attempt to cusomer.

1) Immediate Refund of full cost of Air conditioner i.e. INR 62,000 (Rs.51k-AC, 9k-Stabilizer, Rs. 2000- Installation charges ) 2) A compensation of Rs. 200,000/- (Rs 2 Lakhs)for the mental and physical trauma, me and my family (consumers) have gone through.
