Sir, We have 11 Split Acs of Hitachi all covered under paid AMC with Hitachi Home and Life Solutions India Ltd. The Ac bearing serial number SE130MO2773 went faulty on 23rd april the complaint for which was raised. service team came and announced that DC motor and PCB needs to be changed which will be changed under AMC free of charge. however after repeated reminders the same is not being done. Company has not stopped selling new ACs so there is no shortage of the spares. No one responds to the issue now and they have taken old PCB and DC motor back.

Since the whole peak summer is passing out without AC and the spares are replaced I wish to have a new AC replaced in lieu of this, with valid one year warranty as on new one.
