CarzOnRent Services – Consumer Review

I had a horrible experience with myles and carzonrent. We had booked a Scorpio at Saki naka branch in Mumbai and faced the following LIST of issues: – We were supposed to get the car at 4pm but got it 6pm after waiting for 2 long hrs at the saki naka branch of carzonrent. -During the trip the car broke down hence we tried calling at the saki naka office and the customer service as well but guess what none of them picked our calls. – While returning back from the trip we were caught by a traffic police and he checked our papers and later learned that the insurance had expired TWO MONTHS back. We had to pay 1.2k for the same. Worst part is carzonrent did not agree to refund the entire amount. -The story doesn’t end here! I got my deposit refund of 5k after ONE MONTH and that too after following up almost every alternate day on calls and mails. Each time I used to call them they used to say ”your transaction will be initiated in next couple of days”. They asked me to mail them my bank details which shouldn’t be the case in any kind of a refund.
