I have booked a courier from Kolkata to Hyderabad on 28/01/2016 with docket no:459298103 and it is yet to be delivered. I have tried many times reaching out but i get with the same answer from your team. It is an important parcel which i need. I am trying your phone since morning but without avail. I even had raised a ticket for the same.

My family is a constant customer of your services for all our official work. But things like this give us second thoughts for the same.
