I was invited by CASA retreat to attend a presentation where they claimed to provide hotel bookings in listed locations.I entered into membership CRPSO 3100 paying INR 28000/- via my credit card. Subsequent to payment, I have been trying to get various hotel bookings within my eligibility, but the response has been extremely slow. The person in charge Mr Ravi is available only on saturdays ,most of the days after 2.00 PM only. He doesnt reply to emails properly or on time. I didnt get bookings after requesting 2 months in advance. Last moment they will tell all are sold out. They are not willing to refund the membership fees.

The entire money has been a waist and I have send more than 50 mails for a reservation, The man Ravi, doesnt share his mobile number. Another person attends the landline number and always tell that you should contact Ravi. Ravi replies once to about 4-5 mails and reminders. The reply will be given in such a menner that atleast onother two mails are required to close the issue.
