Sir I have ordered an Apple iPhone 5 (Black) at www.timtara.com on 24-11-2012. As shown in the website, i must get the delivery of my product within 3 weeks. But they have not delivered it nor shipped it. And when i call them, email them, they only say wait for 24 hours. But it is now 45 days since i placed my order. And when i want to cancel it now, they have the same answer that wait for 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. Now i am waiting for cancellation, so that i get my refund soon. But they are not cancelling it. Please help.
