IHO Health Card Issues

I want to lodge compliant against Indian Health Organisation. I have taken IHO policy for my wife delivery expences. At the time of policy sales person told me that with this policy we will give you discount in all hospitals, discount in medical shops and health check up vouchers. I told his that I am taking this policy to cover my wifes medical expences during delivery & furtheron. I got this policy in July when my wife was already admitted. when I got the the document I immeditely called IHO call center for hospital discount where my wife was admitted. Customer care exceutive literally refused me that they can not give you discount in that hospital. I asked him to atleast add hospital in their panel. he said that they will try. I immediatly requested him to cancel my policy and return me my money with deducting whatever your fees. I didnt received any response so I kept chasing. whenver I called them they said your cancellation is in process and our executive will call you back. But he called me after one month and he forcely coveniced to keep me the policy even though I was requesting him to refund my money. In this argument, he took as a acceptance that I will keep the policy. Meanwhile, I tried get their panalised hospital details and medical so I can try to utilse their policy in other way. but their hospital was so costly therefore discount was not useful in terms of other hospital charges.

So I kept chasing to cancel my policy and they keep avoiding me. Finally in last month, one mr. Pravin agreed to refund me half amount i paid and use policy from balance amount. I agreed after lot of argument in thinking that let me atleast receive half amount, then can see. As he told, I received half the amount and I tried to use policy only for medicals shop discount. So i called Customer care and they told me that there is no panelised medical shops in your location and they gave me no. of a person who can deliver medicine to your home with discount. I called him and asked for nestle milk product which i am regulary purchasing from medical shops for my babies. he said that discount is not applicable on that product and they will not deliver also which was again misleading with sales person commitment. So you have to buy only medicine subject to minimum rs. 200 for home delivery. Now I felt that this policy is not at all useful for me. I again called IHO for cancellation and after chasing same person called me after two days and he told that your policy can not be refunded now since you have agreed to take 50 percent earlier. I asked them to give it me in wriing about their deduction policy but they are not giving me anything. I am really fed up with this cheater organisation.
