I had purchased a CASIO – Edifice/EF-324 wrist watch from Dubai duty free shop through my nephew. A week before this complaint, my watch stopped for a while. I thought it might be due to failure of battery. Therefore, I went a shop at Thiruvananthapuram and asked to check the battery. The shop owner told me that the battery was O.K. He then asked to entrust the watch for service. When I went to collect the watch he charged Rupees Nine hundred for only as labour. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the charges.
