I bought a short pink printed coat from ITC’s Wills Lifestyle Departmental Store. The color quality of the coat is so bad that whenever I wear it over any other clothing the color blots on to it leaving pink patches. This quality is not expected from a reputed brand as this.

I’d like to know if ITC which has taken a big leap in the Consumer Business would like to address my problem so that I stick to the Wills Lifestyle Store for future shopping or they want me to Graduate to Shoppers Stop and other retailers opening up ?
