I have been using this Casio Watch model MTP 1191 Color Stainless Steel black ID 1794 There is a manufacturing defect in the watch due to which it has started deteriorating from back tearing my expensive branded shirts cuffs, i have mailed to the main head office they in turn informed delhi office but delhi office is giving no resolution compelling the individual to physically handover watch or send the product by courier even when all pictures of deteriorated products are mailed

All expensive office branded shirts cuffs are torn leading to loss of money and loss of reputation
