Symphony Air Cooler – PCB Faulty No Service

I purchased Symphony Air Cooler model – Diet22i on 23rd March 2015. The company gave me warranty for a year. The PCB of the cooler got faulty in first week of April ( after about 1-12 days of purchase). I filed complained on Customer care of the Symphony Air cooler TWICE. The Request nos are – VA-EC-26D15001 and VA-EC-15D15002. Sombody from Symphony visited my house and diagnosed the cooler and said that the PCB is faulty and needs replacement. He took away the PCB from the cooler and promised to come back with a new PCB in 2-3 days. It has been over 20 days now and I have not heard back anything. Moreover, whenever I call on the service no – 809033xxx, I was given some unnecessary excuse. The person everyday promises to send someone tomorrow but his tomorrow never comes. The contact person whom I have contacted till date are – Unknown person with contact no – 809033xxx Abhishek (Regional Manager) – 7499183xxx I also have the original BILL and warranty proof for the same.

I need the cooler to return to its working state ASAP. Also I need financial compensation for suffering for all these days and following up with those persons unnecessarily. The amount of the financial compensation may depend according to the norms.
